It is a cold one here in Michigan, which made for a (wonderfully) lazy weekend. Every time we turned around the walk needed to be shoveled again, and the roads were impossible. Rob and I decided to enjoy the down time and watch Christmas movies and wrap gifts.
Tested out our new shovel, works like a charm! I am sure it will be fun to shovel..ohh 1 time before I am dreading it.

One of my only trips out this weekend was to the gym. I know my eating will be filled with more sweets than usually during the holidays (not trying to fight it too hard) so I am trying my best to make it to the gym everyday.
While there I completed the circuit workout below:
I followed a 40 seconds on/20 second rest pattern and repeated the workout 3 times.

Felt the burn after that one! It took me just a little over 25 minutes to complete, followed by some inclined walking on the treadmill.
