2014 New Year's Resolutions
Instead of picking a handful of resolutions, I have decided to complete a WHOLE 30 this January to take a healthy step right out of the gate. I know that I feel better and look better when I follow a Paleo/Primal diet, yet I got a little carried away with JUNK towards the end of the year.
