I've played around with this recipe quite a bit, and really love how it tastes (eating paleo or not.)
-1 FROZEN banana
-1/4 cup of unsweetened coconut milk creamer
-1/2 Tbsp of raw cocoa powder
-1 cup of cold coffee (when I make a pot in the morning, anything I don't drink I keep in a glass pitcher in the refrigerator for easy iced coffee.)
-1 small splash of vanilla extract
Combine everything in your blender (I use my nutri-bullet) and blend until creamy. If the frozen banana does not give you enough of that frappuccino "icy" consistency, blend again with a few ice cubes. Ta-da, a delicious and healthier alternative to a mocha frappuccino!
